A di Alessi Orientales Banana Charm from the famous Banana Family by Stefano Giovannioni

In 2007 Stefano Giovannioni was asked to design a mascot to bring the National Palace Museum in to the 21st century. From the mascot a series of little characters were created for the A di Alessi collection, each of which has a household function. And so the Chin Family were born.

After the Chin family's success a new chapter has begun in the collaboration between Alessi and the National Palace Museum of Taiwan.
The Banana Family designed by Stefano Giovannioni marks the start of the third chapter in the 'Orientales' series for Alessi.
