The Anna G. Sparkling Champagne Cap is designed to set down inside the mouth of your opened champagne bottle. The metal shaft that is immersed in the remaining volume of champagne causes a reaction that keeps your unused champagne fresh and bubbly, instead of turning flat in the fridge.
