The Groovytek free delivery option gives you FREE DELIVERY on orders over £15. Free Delivery is despatched using *Royal Mail* recorded 2nd class post; this is NOT a guaranteed next day service and generally takes 5-10 working days. This delivery is included in the price of all our items. If you are on a deadline (ie birthday gift) do not choose this service! It is a free economy service and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Express UK Mainland Delivery on all orders and orders less than £15 in value, Royal Mail 2-3 working day service
Express Delivery is despatched using *Royal Mail* recorded 1st class post, this is NOT a guaranteed next day service and generally takes 2-3 working days. This is a subsidised service that is charged at £3.50, its faster than Free and orders are prioritised appropriately. If you are on a deadline (ie birthday gift) do not choose this service! It is an economy service and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Express UK Mainland Delivery on all orders 2-3 working day service (using Courier Service.)
Express Delivery is despatched using *Courier*. The courier used is decided at the point of despatch. This is NOT a guaranteed next day service and generally takes 2-3 working days. This is a subsidised service that is charged at £3.50, its faster than Free and orders are prioritised appropriately.
Premium UK Mainland Next Day Delivery Service, Next Working day before 1.00pm (Royal Mail)
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service is limited to UK Mainland only, charged at £6.50. Delivery is guaranteed before 1 p.m. the next working day by *Royal Mail* (except public and bank holidays). Items ordered for next day delivery must be received by 3.00 p.m. and all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Orders placed on Friday are despatched promptly but are only guaranteed for delivery Monday. Orders placed over the weekend are despatched on Monday with delivery guaranteed for Tuesday. Correct card owner details and verifiable delivery address details must be provided or your order may be delayed. Very occasionally we may need to use a Courier for next day orders and delivery is guaranteed before 5pm the following working day but we will notify you if a courier has to be used.
Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland (Courier Service)*
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service is despatched using a *courier service*. The courier used is decided at the point of despatch. This service is charged at £15.00 and is delivery is made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is only for orders delivered to the Northern Ireland, this delivery option is not available for the Highlands, UK mainland or the Channel Islands. Orders placed after 11.30am will be despatched the following working day, we understand this may cause some problems however the courier has to be booked to ensure delivery the following day.
Next Working Day Delivery to the Highands (Courier Service)*
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery service is despatched using a *courier service*. The courier used is decided at the point of despatch. This service is charged at £30.00 and delivery is made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is only for orders delivered to the Highlands, this delivery option is not available for the Channel Islands or UK mainland. Orders placed after 11.30am will be despatched the following working day, we understand this may cause some problems however the courier has to be booked to ensure delivery the following day.
International Delivery
Economy Delivery (Euro Zone by Royal Mail) includes 20% VAT
International delivery for Europe EU is £15.00 inc VAT. This service is *Royal Mail* airmail, International Signed For Delivery Service. Delivery can take from 7 - 10 working days from the day of despatch (this time scale is only a guide and not a guaranteed delivery time scale). A signature is required on receipt. We are able to deliver to most countries but please be aware delivery times can vary from country to country. Please be aware all international order are subject to additional security checks.
International Express Courier service
If you need your international order very quickly we have a rapid courier service from £25.00 + VAT however this could vary dependant on size of the item and destination. Please be aware all international order are subject to additional security checks.
