If you wish to order something to be delivered outside the UK we can use a courier to ensure your goods arrive on time however please contact us for a quote for the postage costs by email; sales@groovytek.co.uk

Goods for international delivery can only be delivered to the card holders address.

The Groovytek free delivery option gives you FREE DELIVERY on orders over £15. Free Delivery is dispatched using *Royal Mail* recorded 2nd Class Post; this is NOT a guaranteed next day service and generally takes 5 -10 working days.This delivery is included in the price of all our products. Free delivery is only available on orders over £15.00. If you are on a deadline (ie birthday gift) do not choose this service! It is a free economy service and delivery times are not guaranteed, On certain special promotions Free delivery may not be available.

Express UK Mainland Delivery on all orders 2-3 working day service (Using Royal Mail).

Express Delivery is dispatched using *Royal Mail* recorded 1st Class post, this is NOT a guaranteed next day service and generally takes 2 -3 working days This is a subsidised service that is charged at £3.50, its faster than Free and orders are prioritised appropriately. If you are on a deadline (ie birthday gift) do not choose this service! It is an economy service and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Express UK Mainland Delivery on all orders 2-3 working day service (Using Courier Service.)

Express Delivery is dispatched using *Courier* The courier used is decided at the point of dispatch and may be either DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS, this is NOT a guaranteed next day service and generally takes 2 -3 working days This is a subsidised service that is charged at £7.50, its faster than Free and orders are prioritised appropriately.

Premium UK Mainland Next Day Delivery Service, Next Working day before 1.00pm (Royal Mail)

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service is limited to UK Mainland only, charged at £6.50. Delivery is made before 1 p.m. the next working day by *Royal Mail* Special Delivery (except public and bank holidays). Items ordered for next day delivery must be received by 3.00 p.m. and all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Orders placed on Friday are despatched promptly but are only guaranteed for delivery Monday. Orders placed over the weekend are despatched on Monday with delivery guaranteed for Tuesday. Correct card owner details and verifyable delivery address details must be provided or your order may be delayed. 

Premium UK Mainland Next Day Delivery Service, Next Working day (Courier)

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service is limited to UK Mainland only, is despatched using a*Courier*. The courier used is decided at the point of dispatch and may be either DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS, this is a guaranteed next day service. Subject to stock availability your order is prioritised and shipped for delivery the following working day. Orders placed over the weekend are despatched on Monday with delivery guaranteed for Tuesday. Correct card owner details and verifyable delivery address details must be provided or your order may be delayed.

Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland (Courier Service)*

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service is despatched using a *courier service*. The courier used is decided at the point of dispatch and may be either DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS. This service is charged at £15.00 and is delivery is made between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is only for orders delivered to the Northern Ireland, this delivery option is not available for the Highlands or UK mainland or the Channel Islands. Orders placed after 11.30am will be dispatched the following working day, we understand this may cause some problems however we have to book your order in for collection and delivery before 12 noon.

Next Day Delivery to Highands (Courier Service)*

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service is despatched using a *courier service*. The courier used is decided at the point of dispatch and may be either DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS. This service is charged at £30.00 and is delivery is made between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is only for orders delivered to the Highlands, this delivery option is not available for the Channel Islands or UK mainland. Orders placed after 11.30am will be dispatched the following working day, we understand this may cause some problems however we have to book your order in for collection and delivery before 12 noon.

International Delivery

International delivery for Europe EU is £15.00 inc VAT. This service is provided by *Royal Mail* airmail, International Signed For Delivery Service. Delivery can take from 7 - 10 working days for goods to arrive at their destination from the day of dispatch. A signature is required on receipt. We are able to deliver to most countries but please be aware delivery times are out of our control and can vary from country to country. Please be aware all international order are subject to additional security checks.  This service is a low cost delivery option and is only suitable for 1 or 2 items.   For more items please contact us by email for a shipping quote.

International Express Courier service

If you need your international order very quickly we have a rapid courier service from £35.00 + VAT however this could vary dependant on size of the item and destination. Please be aware all international order are subject to additional security checks.
